Preparation and thermoelectric properties of CoSb3based nano-compound

CoSb3 basedmicrometer powders were synthesized by solid-state reaction method. Thepreparation process of CoSb3 based nanopowders was performed throughhigh-energy ball-milling method and block material with nanostructure wassintering by Spark Plasma Sintering. The influence of nanostructure on electricstructure, carrier mobilities, electrical conductivity, Seebeck coefficient andlattice thermal conductivity of CoSb3 based nano-compounds wasstudied.
