Thermoelectric propertiesof Bi-Sb alloys prepared by plasticity processing

Thethermoelectric properties of Bi-Sb extruded alloys have been studied. The Bi-Sbextruded alloys were successfully prepared using hot sintered alloy. Themicrostructure of the obtained samples was investigated using scanning electronmicroscopy as well as optic one. It was found that the aspect ratio of extrudedsamples was improved comparing with that of the conventionally sintered one. Wewill focus on the influence of the microstructure on the various thermoelectricproperties.
