Thermoelectricproperties on p-type (BixSb1-x)2Te3materials containing fullerite

P-type (BixSb1-x)2Te3are typical thermoelectric materials used for lower temperature and have beeninvestigated by many scientists. Here the samples of them containing differentamounts of fullerite were fabricated by Hot Pressing method. It was found thatthe addition of a suitable amount of fullerite can increase the thermoelectricproperties. The relations about thermoelectric properties, the addition of agiven amount of fullerite and the microstructure were investigated in detail bynormal measurements or analytical methods.
